What we collect

FEATURE collects the minimum needed to run a movie night:

• A first name you type — shown to your group in the waiting room and results. Use any name you like; we never ask for your real identity, email, or phone number.
• Your swipes (yes / no / seen) for each session, so the group result can be computed.
• Crew membership — the crew name and the first names of members who joined.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no passwords, no email addresses, no location, no advertising identifiers, no analytics trackers, no selling of data — to anyone, ever.

Where data lives

Session and crew data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the United States. Your personal "seen it" list and watch list are stored only on your own device.

Third-party content

Movie posters and metadata are provided by TMDB. Streaming availability is powered by JustWatch data. Neither receives any information about you from FEATURE.

Deleting your data

Sessions and crews are identified only by unguessable links, not by you. To have any data removed, email us with the crew or session link and we'll delete it.
